Coffee

Blend 1
A blend of premium South American, African & Papua New Guinean beans, which combine to produce subtle chocolate tones and good body, balanced with clean acidity and tropical fruit aroma.

This blend is suitable for all brewing methods, including plunger & filter.

Blend 2
A classic espresso blend of five, premium, Arabica varietals. I roast some of the components a little darker to produce a coffee which is bold and full bodied with hints of citrus and dark chocolate. It is complex and aromatic, with rich flavour and texture profiles. A very popular blend.

Blend 3
A smooth yet complex blend of five different varietals utilizing the great balance of good quality Colombian beans. Medium roasting ensures full flavor, good body and bright acidity. This blend is popular with flat white and latte drinkers, and also makes a great plunger coffee.

Decaffeinated
I use a premium blend of beans for my decaf. The caffeine is removed using the ‘Swiss water’ method which means no nasty chemicals are involved in the process. Careful roasting results in a great tasting coffee – You’ll be surprised it’s decaf!
